diet pun mempertanyakan
kesuksesan diet ala bintang
'Transformers' itu.
Pakar diet Lucy Jones
menjelaskan, kalau cuka, salep
atau pil tertentu bukan solusi
yang tepat untuk menurunkan
berat tubuh. Secara ilmiah juga
disebutkan olahraga yang rutin
dan mengatur pola makan
adalah cara yang paling benar
untuk memiliki bentuk tubuh
ideal.
"Tubuh manusia memiliki
caranya sendiri untuk
membuang racun dan
mengurangi berat tubuh.
Olahraga yang rutin serta
menjaga pola makan tentu
menjadi solusi yang sehat untuk
langsing. Kalau cuka? Secara
ilmiah saya tidak yakin akan
khasiatnya," jelas Jones seperti
yang dilansir The Sun, Kamis
(7/1/2010).
Jones pun meminta masyarakat
tidak meniru apa yang dikatan
Fox soal rahasia langsingnya
dengan meminum cuka.
Megan Fox sebelumnya pernah
berujar kalau ia tipe perempuan
yang malas berolahraga. Namun
ia senang makan enak. Agar
tubuhnya tetap ramping, bintang
film 'Transformers' itu rajin
minum cuka.
"Aku rutin minum cuka setiap
hari. Cuka akan membuang racun
tubuh anda yang berimbas
kepada semakin berkurangnya
berat tubuh anda," tutur Fox.

Proper diet

Attention dieters: Are you sick and tired of feeling hungry and exhausted by early afternoon? Fight daytime fatigue by following the “diet at dinner” philosophy. Instead of skimping on breakfast, the most important meal of the day, or lunch, the meal that takes you through to the end of the day, give yourself a break and boost your energy levels by eating a substantial breakfast and lunch and scaling down on dinner.


After all, dinner takes place at the time of day that you’re winding down anyway. Your energy output is drastically decreasing, and there’s no need to stuff yourself if you’re going to bed in a couple hours.
Although dinner is traditionally our largest meal in the Western lifestyle, this is more of a social custom than anything else. It doesn’t make sense to eat your largest meal at the end of the day if you’re trying to lose weight.

Don’t diet at breakfast, and make sure you eat according to your hunger status at lunchtime. Then, when dinnertime rolls around, you won’t feel so hungry that you end up overeating.
